Privacy

The InvisiHosting privacy policy is not so much a policy as it is a set of promises to our customers, their customers, and all visitors to our sites.
  • We will not use or sell any personal information you choose to give us for _any_ reason other than contacting you for account-related issues (billing, trouble tickets, etc...)
  • We will never terminate your hosting without
    • a court order (which we'll appeal)
    • a National Security Letter (we're sort of stuck there)
    • You not paying your bill (gotta get paid)
Under no other circumstances will we terminate your account. It doesn't matter how many people bitch about your content, threaten us, cry, moan, or otherwise try to stifle the free marketplace of ideas. InvisiHosting believes that the solution to speech you disagree with or find offensive is more speech, not less, and that the Internet gives everyone the opportunity to express their opinions without fear of retribution.
  • You will _never_ be required to provide more than an email address to purchase our services. We don't need to know your name, where you live, your phone number, or anything else. Just an email. That way, we can't give you up if ordered to by the court.
  • We delete all of _our_ logs after 24 hours, and will delete yours at the same time if you'd like. You can enable things like awstats or webalizer, but the logs will be deleted unless you tell us not to. This includes web logs, access logs, mail logs, and database logs.
