Frequently Asked Questions
People often have questions about the nature of the service we provide. Below are responses to some of the questions that we get most often. If you don't see your question listed here, please contact us, and we'll be happy to respond in a timely fashion.- How can you guarantee my anonymity?
- How can I pay you and remain anonymous
- What sort of things are forbidden on InvisiHosting servers?
How can you guarantee my anonymity?
It's pretty simple, actually. We let you remain anonymous by not requiring that you disclose any personal information to us when you start your service. As long as we have an email address to
contact you at for billing and support purposes (and it can be a throwaway address), we're set. You don't have to tell us your name, your phone number, what country you're from, why or what
you're hosting with us, or anything else. If you want to, you can make up that information. Tell us your name is Marvin the Martian, that your phone number is 867-5309, and that you hail from
the lost country of Atlantis. We don't care. It's not relevant to our business, or to your hosting.
If we have no information about you, there's nothing we can disclose to anyone, even if we were inclined to do so.
How can I pay you and remain anonymous?
You can send us cash, money orders, gold, or silver via the mail or a shipping company. If you've got something we want, we might be willing to accept barter.
